A multi-layer type cosmetic pack sheet and a using method thereof are provided to secure good contactability and use feeling and to absorb necessary components selectively and to prevent rash on the skin by excluding a surfactant. A multi-layer type cosmetic pack sheet is composed of a basic pack sheet produced by dipping a liquid or semi-solid cosmetic material in an impregnating layer and a pack sheet for a middle layer laminated on the basic pack sheet, formed with the different material and/or shape of the basic pack sheet, and disposed at the skin and/or environment side of the basic pack sheet. The cosmetic material contained in the impregnating layer of the basic pack sheet is hydrophilic and at least a portion of the pack sheet for a middle layer is lipophilic. |
