FOOD WASTE DISPOSAL EQUIPMENT

A food waste disposal apparatus which minimizes environmental pollution caused by food waste, and can recycle gases generated during incineration of food waste as resources is provided. A food waste disposal apparatus comprises: a reactor(40) for burning a crushed material or a pulverized material of dried food waste; a gas-liquid separator(70) in which an absorption solution(75) is contained to separate the gas into gas and liquid by absorbing gas generated during burning of food waste from the reactor; a cooler(80) for cooling the gas transferred from the gas-liquid separator after the gas is separated in the gas-liquid separator; and a gas purifier(90) for purifying the gas transferred from the cooler after the gas is cooled in the cooler. The food waste disposal apparatus further comprises: a gas compressor(100) for compressing the gas purified and transferred from the purifier; a gas storage unit(110,120) for storing the gas exhausted from the gas compressor; and a gas compression tank(130) for compressing and storing the gas transferred from the gas storage unit.
