The present invention refers to a device for manufacturing fresh ranch-type cheese useful for small producers. The inventive equipment allows said product to be quickly, hygienically and easily manufactured compared to current traditional processes. The machine mainly includes a container, a helical-shaped element, an outlet valve, a motive system, an assembling rail and a working table. Said elements, as a whole, are useful for effectively performing the aforesaid process. The helical-shaped element is rotated by means of a motoreducer, the kneading process being performed herein, thus saving time up to 86 % compared to the currently available process.
