A hydraulic engine mount for a vehicle is provided to freely tune spring characteristics and mount characteristics such as dynamic damping by modifying the shape or position of an annular slope support and a stepped portion. A hydraulic engine mount for a vehicle comprises an orifice plate(30) that has an inertia track and a decoupler and is installed between a base plate fixed to a chassis and a first rubber(10) fixed to an engine. A second rubber is installed below the orifice plate(30). An upper chamber filled with fluid is provided at the upper portion of the orifice plate(30). A lower chamber is provided at the lower portion of the orifice plate(30). A ring-shaped slope support(11) is provided at the lower portion of the first rubber(10) and a stepped portion(33) is provided at the peripheral surface of an upper end of the orifice plate(30), so that an annular fluid spring chamber is provided outside the annular slope support(11) and the stepped portion(33).
