An antenna and a mobile communication terminal including the same are provided to save a space by forming a sub antenna on input/output connector and to improve radiation characteristic by separating a main antenna and a sub antenna. The mobile communication terminal includes an input/output connector(100), and an antenna(10). The antenna(10) includes a pattern unit(120), an feeding unit(130), and a grounding unit(140). The input/output connector(100) has a plurality of input/output pins(110). The pattern unit(120) radiates an electromagnetic wave, and is formed on the input/output connector(110). The feeding unit(130) provides an electric signal to the pattern unit(120), and is formed on one of the plurality of input/output pins(110). The grounding unit(140) is formed at one side of the input/output connector(100).
