A synthetic resin panel with the cubic grains of wood is provided to express the cubic grains of wood on a melamine impregnated overlay sheet even after thermal pressing, without flattening the cubic grains of wood. A synthetic resin panel with the cubic grains of wood is composed of a veneer sheet(6a) formed by laminating a cover sheet, a veneer, and a melamine impregnated overlay sheet from the lower side in order and thermally pressing the laminated sheet with a heat press, wherein the cover sheet is selected from a non-woven fabric impregnated with an adhesive agent and a resin impregnated sheet; a synthetic resin panel body(5) disposed under the veneer sheet; and an adhesive layer(7) for bonding the veneer sheet to the synthetic resin panel body. A metal film is interposed between the melamine impregnated overlay sheet of the veneer sheet and the heat press in thermally pressing the laminated sheet to cubically express the grains of wood. The synthetic resin panel body is selected from PVC(Polyvinyl Chloride), polyurethane, or polyolefin.
