摘要 <p>This invention relates to a process for preparing a heat-resistant reinforced polyurethane/polyurea foam by (A) preparing, at an isocyanate index of about 100 to about 115, a foamable reaction mixture comprising (a) an organic polyisocyanate; (b) 0 to about 80% by weight, based on the total amount of components (b), (c), and (d), of an isocyanate-reactive compound containing two or more isocyanate-reactive groups and having a number average molecular weight of from 400 to about 10,000; (c) about 10 to about 90% by weight, based on the total amount of components (b), (c), and (d), of an isocyanate- reactive compound containing two or more isocyanate- reactive groups other than amino groups and having a molecular weight of from 32 to 399; and (d) about 5 to about 35% by weight, based on the total amount of components (b), (c), and (d), of certain organic amines containing at least one amino group having a moderated reactivity toward the organic polyisocyanate, as indicated by a gel time exceeding about 5 seconds measured from the material initiation time at 25-40.degree.C, and having a number average molecular weight of from 86 to 400; and (B) introducing foamable reaction mixture (A), while said reaction mixture (A) is still fluid, into a mold containing about 12 to about 35% by weight ofa fibrous mat having a weight per unit area of about 225 g/m2 to about 750 g/m2.</p>
