An EL(Electro Luminescence) lamp with an ESD(Electro Static Discharge) layer and an adhesive layer is provided to prevent the damage of a circuit by protecting inner components through the discharge of static electricity by a ground electrode. An EL lamp includes an ESD layer(102) including silver, a transparent protection layer(103), a pigment layer(104), a transparent electrode layer(105) with screen-printed conductive polymer, a front bus-bar layer(106), a light-emitting layer(107), a dielectric layer(108), a rear electrode layer(109), a rear bus-bar layer(110), an insulator layer(111), an EMI(Electro Magnetic Interference) layer(112), a moistureproof layer(113), and an adhesive layer(114), which are laminated on a transparent release film(100). The ESD layer(102) is formed at the front surface of the light-emitting surface of the EL lamp, and the adhesive layer(114) is formed at the rear surface of the printing surface. The ESD layer(102) has less than resistance value of 2 ohm by screen-printing a liquid pigment including silver powder. |
