A method for dither-stripping of a ring laser gyroscope is provided to solve a gain calculation problem between both output signals and a problem of synchronizing a phase between a ring laser signal and an angular velocity sensor signal on which an offset is compensated. A method for dither-stripping of a ring laser gyroscope includes the steps of detecting an angular velocity signal corresponding to a dither-signal by a dither to generate a V-F(Voltage-to-Frequency) pulse by converting the angular velocity signal to a V-F, detecting the V-F pulse every sampling cycle previously decided to generate a V-F differentiation pulse by differentiating the V-F pulse based on the sampling cycle, detecting a ring laser pulse by delaying as much as delay time corresponding to the phase difference of the V-F differentiation pulse and the ring laser pulse, calculating the gain of the V-F differentiation pulse by the ring laser pulse based on the dispersion value of the ring laser pulse and the V-F differentiation pulse during a predetermined time(420), and generating a ring laser gyroscope signal where the ring laser pulse is removed by deducting the odds result of the V-F differentiation pulse and the gain from the ring laser pulse(422).
