An inorganic EL(Electro-Luminescence) dome sheet is provided to reduce a thickness of a cellular phone by reducing a thickness of a silicon rubber sheet. An inorganic EL sheet(100) includes an emitting surface and a non-emitting surface. A plurality of metal domes(200) are attached on the non-emitting surface. A plunger(300) is formed on the emitting surface of the inorganic EL sheet. The plunger corresponds to each of the metal domes. The inorganic EL sheet is positioned between the metal domes and the plunger. The plunger is made of silicon rubber, poly-carbonate, epoxy, UV adhesive or acrylic resin.
