A device and a method for connecting a high speed camera and a PC monitor are provided to display the image of the high speed camera to the PC monitor by connecting the PC monitor and the high speed camera with a horizontal/vertical sync frequency over a frequency range of the PC monitor. An input signal converter(110) converts video data of the high speed camera having the horizontal/vertical sync signal over the frequency range of the PC monitor into parallel dividing video data, and outputs the converted data, and the horizontal/vertical sync frequency and a camera pixel clock of the high speed camera . A horizontal/vertical sync frequency converter(120) outputs monitor video data by converting the parallel digital video data into the monitor video data having an operation frequency of the PC monitor. An output signal converter(130) converts the monitor video data into an analog/digital monitor video signal suitable for the PC monitor and outputs the converted data to the PC monitor.
