An apparatus for grounding a camera flexible printed circuit board(FPCB) line by using a multiple switch in a mobile communication terminal is provided to improve a wireless sensitivity in conversation with a receiver and reduce static electricity. An apparatus for grounding a camera flexible printed circuit board(FPCB) line by using a multiple switch(33) in a mobile communication terminal includes a lower housing, an upper housing, a hinge part, a camera, and a multiple switch-connection terminal. The lower housing includes a main PCB and a key input device. The upper housing includes an LCD. The hinge part rotatably couples the upper housing with the lower housing. The camera is rotatably mounted on the hinge, or the upper housing. The connection terminal for a multiple switch is capable of accessing a multi switch.
