FOMITOPSIS PINICOLA EXTRACT HAVING HIGH ANTI-OXIDATIVE ABILITY AND THE USE THEREOF

Provided is a cultural mycelium extract of Fomitopsis pinicola having high anti-oxidative effect so as to be widely applied to develop functional foods for preventing damage of tissue from active oxygen. The composition for inhibiting lipid peroxidation of in vivo cell membrane comprises a cultural mycelium extract of Fomitopsis pinicola, which is prepared by sub-culturing and starter-culturing hypha starters of the Fomitopsis pinicola, inoculating the cultured hypha into a potato culture medium and culturing, neutralizing the culture-completed culture solution and then filtering a three-fold cheese cloth.
