A paper picture frame is provided to apply a CD packing function and a picture displaying function using a frame, a pattern printed sheet, a support plate, and a fixing plate. A paper picture frame includes a frame(10) having an opening formed on a central portion thereof, a pattern printed sheet(20) having a cutting portion(21) formed on a flange portion and a center portion thereof to be fixed to the frame with wrapping the opening and a flange portion of the frame, a support plate(30) fixedly formed on a rear portion of the frame and having a stepped portion for seating a flange of a picture(1) or a CD case(2) and a support member for fixing the picture or the CD case, and a fixing plate(40) fixedly installed on a rear surface of the picture or the CD case seated in the support plate by the support member.
