<p>A light excitation sheet is provided to reliably implement light of a blue light emitting device into white light by including a fluorescent body converting a frequency of light emitted from a blue light emitting device. A matrix resin layer(2) is formed of a thermosetting resin. A fluorescent body(1) is included in the matrix resin layer, and converts a frequency of light emitted from a blue light emitting device. A hardening agent is included in the matrix resin layer, and hardens a liquid thermosetting resin. An additive is included in the matrix resin layer, and evenly distributes the fluorescent body in the matrix resin layer. The thermosetting resin is a silicon resin, and the fluorescent body is a yellow fluorescent body(1a). The hardening agent of 0.05 to 5 weight %, the additive of 0.1 to 15 weight %, the yellow fluorescent body of 1 to 90 weight % are used with respect to the silicon resin of 100 weight %.</p> |
