The invention relates to the measuring equipment. The process, according to the invention, includes creation in the feed line of a storage space, where the fluid is imparted a pulsating character. As storage space it is used a line portion limited by a bistable valve, on the one hand, and a pressure regulator in the line, on the other hand. By means of the valve parameters it is specified the fluid flux pulsations character, there are fixed the pulsations and it is calculated the consumption. The system includes a fluid feed line (1) with a storage space, a bistable valve (2) and a pressure regulator (3). The system is additionally equipped with a time interval measuring instrument (5), during which there takes place the fluid flux pulsation in the storage space.
