Coupling for the articulated connection of a driving machine part with a driven machine part, including an intermediate shaft and an articulating lever coupling at each end of the shaft for connecting the intermediate shaft with the driving machine part and the driven machine part respectively, each articulating lever coupling havin g at least 3 articulating levers wherein each articulating lever has a pair of terminal elastic articulating joints for connection to the intermediate shaft and one of the driving and driven part respectively, an axis of the elastic joints of each articulating lever being oriented perpendicular to an axial plane extending parallel to the articulating lever and through at least one of the axes of the intermediate shaft, the driving machine part and the driven machine part.
