A switch structure of a Buchholz relay is provided to simplify the structure without a separate contact point member or a stopper by installing a moving aperture at a lower portion of a glass pipe and a fixing aperture at an upper portion of the glass pipe. A switch structure of a Buchholz relay includes a fixing frame(310), a float, a permanent magnet(322), a supporting plate(311a,311b,311a',311b'), a glass pipe, a fixing armature, and a moving armature. The float is installed to rotate in the fixing frame(310), and rotates according to the lowering of insulating oil level. The permanent magnet(322) is fixed at one side of the float, and rotates with the float. The supporting plate(311a,311b,311a',311b') is formed at one side of the fixing frame(310). The glass pipe is fixed at the supporting plate(311a,311b,311a',311b'). The fixing armature is fixed at the upper part of the glass pipe. The moving armature is fixed at the lower part of the glass pipe, is driven by the magnetism according to the rotation of the permanent magnet(322), and is contacted at the fixing armature to close a predetermined circuit.
