A master clock elimination device of a digital board for signal processing is provided to directly convert a baseband signal outputted from the digital board into an RF(Radio Frequency) signal, and to eliminate an unnecessary master clock signal, thereby simplifying a complicated circuit as remarkably reducing the number of used band filters. A digital board(200) where elements used to process an original signal are arranged generates a master clock signal for driving the elements, and distributes the master clock signal to remove an unnecessary master clock signal. A master clock eliminator(300) receives a baseband signal where the original signal and the master clock signal are combined with each other, directly converts the baseband signal into an RF signal, and removes the master clock signal. A noise removing and amplifying unit(400) consists of a detector(250) for filtering, attenuating, and amplifying noise of a signal outputted from the eliminator(300) to extract the original signal and for detecting amplitude of the signal.
