摘要 A liquid crystal display device and a driving method thereof are provided to display an inverted line or an inverted dot by applying different driving voltages to two sub-pixels. A liquid crystal display device includes plural unit pixels, a data driver, and an inversion controller(400). The unit pixel includes first and second sub-pixels, which receive common voltages. The data applies a positive or negative data voltage with respect to the common voltage to the first sub-pixel. The inversion controller applies the data with the opposite polarity to the second sub-pixel. The inversion controller includes an inverter(I1), a first PMOS(Positive Metal Oxide Semiconductor) transistor(TP1), and a capacitor(C1). The inverter supplies the data voltage or a ground voltage to a first node according to a first control signal. The first PMOS transistor supplies an inverted control voltage to the second node according to a second control signal. The capacitor is connected between the first and second nodes.
