A digital single lens reflex camera is provided to easily and surely check a preview image by using a preview image display processor including an image magnification processor. An imaging device(118) captures an image through a photographing lens(11L). A monitor(122) displays the image, which is captured by the imaging device(118). A preview image display processor displays a preview image, which is captured by the imaging device(118), on the monitor(122). The preview image display processor includes an image magnification processor for magnifying and displaying the preview image on the monitor(122).
