STERILIZATION METHOD OF THE WASTEWATER DISPOSAL TREATMENT BY ANTIMICROBIAL AGENT-POLYMER COMPLEXES BEAD

A method and a system for annihilating the pathogenic microorganisms by contacting pathogenic microorganisms contained in effluent discharged from a water treatment plant with polymer composite beads with the antimicrobial activity are provided. A system for disinfecting and sterilizing effluent is characterized in that the system is formed on a predetermined part of an effluent pipe of a drinking water, sewage or wastewater treatment plant, and polymer composite beads are suspended or packed into the system such that effluent is discharged through the system. The polymer composite beads being prepared in the spherical form by cross-linking the quaternary ammonium-polymer composite solution by metal ions after obtaining a quaternary ammonium-polymer composite solution by mixing an organic silicone-based quaternary ammonium salt with a polymer with a hydroxyl group. The system is a column type system or a plug-flow type system.
