A fastening structure of a prefabricated thatched roof is provided to form a roof in a prefabricated type using many arch panels, side panels and upper, lower connecting members. The invention relates to a fastening structure of a prefabricated thatched roof for forming a roof(100) in a prefabricated type by coupling a central roof section(C) for forming the front and rear of a roof and a side roof section(S) for forming two sides of a roof. The central roof section is formed by coupling many arch panels(10) continuously by seaming, and the side roof section is formed by coupling side panels(20) continuously in a fan shape by seaming and connecting with the arch panels using upper and lower connecting members, wherein the upper connecting member is formed in a semicircle and provided with a vertical plane, many coupling grooves and a fastening space, and the lower connecting member is coupled with the upper connecting member via a coupling hole of the side roof section, formed in a semicircle and provided with a vertical plane, coupling projections and a backing piece.
