A fender hemming apparatus for vehicle is provided to mechanically curve the lower end of an outer panel, which is newly bonded, so that the outer panel is coupled to an inner panel, thereby completely restoring the fender. A fender hemming apparatus includes a holder(51), a base(54), an upper body(56), a striking(57), an elastic member, and guiders(60,61). The holder(51) is a fixing part(52) provided at two front sides of the holders(1) while being fixedly welded to the front surface of a coupling cap(25) installed at the end of a cylinder(2). The base(54) is fixedly coupled to the front end of the fixing part(52) by using a coupling member. The base(54) has a magnet(54a) buried in the substantial center thereof. The upper body(56) is fixedly installed at the rear end of the fixing part(52) to rotate with the predetermined range. The striking(57) is coupled to the front lower part of the upper body(56) by using a coupling member(53b). The striking(57) has an incline plane(57a) and a striking surface(57b) at the lower portion to guide and curve a hemming part of the fender. The elastic member(58) is installed between the striking(57) and the base(54) to return the upper body(56) to an original position. The guiders(60,61) are installed at both side surfaces of the bas(54), such that the positions of the guiders(60,61) are adjusted, to guide the hemming part of the fender.
