An apparatus and a method for making the illumination of a light source uniform in a digital image test member, and an apparatus and a method for testing a color of a digital image are provided to realize various artificial light sources which are usable from a low illumination environment to a high illumination environment. A polygonal rotation plate(200) is installed in a closed space, and rotated at a predetermined angle. A plurality of light sources(210) is mounted on respective surfaces of the polygonal rotation plate. The light sources(210) apply lights to an image test member(220) to test a digital image, wherein the image test member(220) is attached on one surface of the closed space. A plurality of illumination measuring members respectively measures the illumination values of lights, which are applied to the image test member(220). A rotation plate controller(260) rotates the polygonal rotation plate(200) to make the measured illumination values uniform.
