A TFT(Thin Film Transistor) substrate and an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) panel including the same are provided to prevent the short-circuit of signal lines from generating due to the static electricity introduced by a short pattern. Plural gate lines(GL1,GL2,...) include a redundant gate line. Plural data lines(DL1,DL2,....) are insulated and crossed with the plural gate lines. Plural pixels are formed at the crossing area of the plural gate lines and plural data lines and include a redundant pixel(120). An inspection shoring bar(160) is connected with plural gate lines. A common voltage line(170) is insulated and crossed with the plural gate lines. The TFT substrate further includes a short pattern connected with the common voltage line. The short pattern is formed at the peripheral portion of the substrate. The redundant gate line is formed adjacently to the short pattern. The redundant pixel is connected with the redundant gate line. |
