A dimming circuit of an inverter for a display is provided to reduce a wave noise through synchronization with a frequency used in a burst dimming state by converting a square wave to a virtual triangular wave through a charging/discharging circuit. A reference voltage level unit(30) drops an external voltage and generates a reference voltage level. A similar triangular wave generator(31) generates a similar triangular wave by charging or discharging a modulated square wave of a PWM control circuit. A dimming signal output unit(32) compares the reference voltage level of the reference voltage level unit with the similar triangular wave of the similar triangular wave generator in order to output a duty-controlled dimming signal. |
