ANISOTROPIC CONDUCTIVE FILM AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

An anisotropic conductive film useful for binding microfine pitches is provided to have a uniform and controllable conductive distribution, leading to uniform electrical contact and formation of uniform conductive regions, and to bind microfine pitches by forming the conductive regions on fibers and arranging the processed fibers in regular alignments. The conductive film includes: a plurality of conductive parts(110) which are aligned in a lateral direction and formed by completely enclosing liquid conductive materials(112) with non-conductive fibers; electrode parts that are coupled at both ends of the conductive parts to form an electric conduction path; non-conductive fiber parts(111) cross-linked with the conductive parts to form a fabric type fiber face while being aligned in longitudinal directions to form a number of electric conduction paths; and an adhesive part applied to the fiber face that is formed by inter-arranging and binding the conductive parts and the non-conductive fiber parts.
