An electronic device mounting apparatus is provided to load a device with high precision by performing stably a rotating operation of an arm. An electronic device mounting apparatus mounts an electronic device on a substrate. The electronic device mounting apparatus includes a rotatory arm(2) supported by a shaft and an arm rotation driver(3) arranged across a rotating range of the arm. A device mounting head(5) is installed in a longitudinal direction of the arm. The arm includes a head driver(6) for moving a device loading head. The arm is connected through a slidable relay unit to the arm rotation driver so that the arm rotation driver rotates the arm by sliding the relay unit.
