An electronic device mounting apparatus is provided to photograph an absorbed state of an electronic device by installing a device recognition camera between an electronic device supply unit and a substrate. An electronic device mounting apparatus includes a device loading head(5) which is moved to an arbitrary position within a predetermined range of a plane. The device loading head is used for absorbing an electronic device from a device supply unit and transferring the electronic device to a substrate. The device loading head is slidably installed on a movable arm(2). A device recognition camera(50) is fixed between a device supply part(10) and the substrate in order to photograph a state of the electronic device.
