An opening-evident cap for a bottle containing high-price drink is provided to break a pipe-shaped member into plural sections if a user intends to change the cap. In the opening-evident cap for a bottle(1) containing high-price drink, the bottle has a bottle neck(2) extended from a base(3) connected to a bottle body along a vertical axis(X-X) of the bottle. The bottle neck has an opening(4) at a free end(5). The cap has a stopping unit(6) combined to the outer peripheral surface of a wall(10) of a pourer(11) by screws(8,9) so as to block up the opening of the bottle neck and provided with a circular free edge(24) formed in a direction of the bottle body. A sleeve(17) is installed along the outer peripheral surface of the bottle neck and composed of at least one annular flange(20) extended in a radial direction along the outer peripheral surface of the bottle neck and units(18,19) for preventing axial and radial movements for the outer peripheral surface of the bottle neck. The pourer is connected to the sleeve in an axial direction. A pipe-shaped member(22) is disposed at the radial outer side in a concentric structure for the sleeve and extended from the base of the bottle neck toward the free edge of the stopping unit in an axial direction. The annular flange of the sleeve has an extended part radially extended between at least radial parts of end portions(25) facing the free edge at the pipe-shaped member and the free edge of the stopping unit.
