摘要 <p>#CMT# #/CMT# The method involves providing a lower base (SI) having plane tabs, in chosen places, on both sides of a reception zone receiving a heat pipe and/or an insert. The tabs are straightened partially and the straightening is terminated so that the tabs are plated against lateral sides of the pipe and/or the insert. A chosen thickness of an adhesive (CE1) is deposited on the lateral sides. A spacer structure (ZN1- ZN3) is positioned on both sides of the lateral sides and an upper base is placed above the pipe and/or the insert and the structure, and is in contact with the structure. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Used in aeronautical and automobile field, for fabricating panels with heat pipe and/or an integrated insert (claimed) for being implanted in a spacecraft e.g. satellite. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The method permits to avoid the usage of pins, thus avoiding initial treatment and final cleaning of the pins and permitting simplified and economic fabrication of panels with heat pipe and/or an insert, while ensuring automation and precision of positioning of the pipe and/or the insert and permitting to integrate large quantity of pipes and/or the insert. The method avoids piercing in the lower base as well as in the cooking marble for passage of the pins and the environmental products e.g. fiber glass. The method avoids elimination of very delicate pin extraction step and reservation of installation zones for intumescent adhesive. The method permits to use a single polymerization marble irrespective of the type of panel and permits to use single polymerization step instead of two steps, while avoiding the risk of impossibility of demolding. #CMT#DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS : #/CMT# The drawing shows a schematic lateral sectional view of a lower base.
