<p>#CMT# #/CMT# Non-compacted cosmetic composition for care and/or make-up of keratinous matters comprises at least water (22 wt.%) and at least a fatty phase comprising at least a micronized wax particle dispersion, where the particles is present at 5-50 wt.% of the composition, in a medium. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# The composition is useful for care and/or make-up of keratinous matters, particularly face like skin and/or lips (claimed). #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The composition has matte effect and good cosmetic properties. The composition does not provide powdery effect after application. The composition maintains the minimal sufficient water content. The composition provides light texture. #CMT#INORGANIC CHEMISTRY : #/CMT# Preferred Composition: The composition is present in a fluid form, simple emulsion oil-in-water, water-in-oil (preferred) or a multiple emulsion. The composition is applied on the skin and/or lips. The composition further comprises: at least a compound such as oil, non-micronized wax and/or thick oily substance; and at least a dye such as powder dyes, pigments and mother-of-pearl, lipophilic and/or hydrophilic dyes. Preferred Components: The water is present at 25 wt.% of the composition. The micronized wax particles are present at 10-30 wt.%, preferably 15-25 wt.% of the composition. The micronized wax particle has a number average size of =50 mu m, preferably 3-20 mu m. The micronized wax is micronized, siliconized and/or fluorinated hydrocarbon wax, optionally comprising ester, amide, acid or hydroxyl functions. The micronized wax is optionally modified beeswax, carnauba wax, candelilla wax, paraffin wax, microcrystalline wax, montan wax, hydrogenated oils like hydrogenated jojoba oil or hydrogenated castor oil or resulting from the ethylene and/or propylene polymerization, waxes obtained by Fischer-Tropsch synthesis, fatty acid esters and amides, silicone wax like alky-, alkoxy- and/or poly(di)methylsiloxane esters solid at ambient temperature, having 10-45 carbon atoms and/or fatty acids like stearic or behenic acid. The oils are volatile or non-volatile, hydrocarbon animal, vegetable or mineral oil, synthetic oil, siliconized oil and/or fluorinated oil. The coloring powder material is treated on the surface with a hydrophobic agent. The hydrophobic agent is aluminum stearoyl glutamate and isopropyl tri-isostrearoyl titanate. The pulverulent dyes are present at 0.5-30 wt.%, preferably 8-15 wt.% of the composition.
