<p>The mechanism has a movable arm (10) which is fixed on a mechanism with a decentered fixed flange (4) which moves the arm using its driving axis (11). The arm is fixed to a cycle pedal by a fixation screw (22). The flange has a rolling bearing (12) on its upper part which ensures rotational movement and a driving ring (13) connected to the arm, where the ring is in the shape of lobe. A sheath (1) with a cup (2) and a rod (3) is situated on each side of a case of a pedal assembly for maintaining axis of the pedal.</p>
