The homogenizer/container filler consists of a circular chamber (32) containing a rotary paddle (34) with edges making contact with the chamber's side wall (323) and base (321). An adjacent mobile assembly (40, 42, 44, 46) has a disc (401) that fits into an opening (322) in the chamber base and has an aperture for a container such as a tray. Once a batch of material (61) has been mixed a tray is presented in the aperture in the chamber base to receive a sample for analysis.
