Each insertion tube portion comprises at least two arc-shaped sheets (34) and detents (38) are formed on these sheets and can be locked together when this tube portion is inserted into the end opening of the supporting tube, preventing the tube clamping portion from becoming disconnected from the joint between the two adjacent transverse tubes.
