A plasma display panel is provided to maximize EMI(ElectroMagnetic Interference) shielding effect by reducing a stepped part between a ground part and a center part of a film type filter. A film type filter(200) is installed on an entire surface of a panel. The film type filter includes an EMI(ElectroMagnetic Interference) shielding layer(204). A ground part(210) of the EMI shielding layer is higher than a center part(220) of the EMI shielding layer. The EMI shielding layer is extended as much as predetermined length. An overlapped part of one side of the EMI shielding layer is used as the ground part. The ground part is formed by laminating a conductive material.
