A flow rate variable compression type fluid machine is provided to change an angle of an inclined rotation element during pumping for simply changing a pumping flow rate and pumping direction, or stopping fluid movement. A flow rate variable compression type fluid machine includes a main body(1) formed with a hole for a shaft of a driving element(21) at a side and an operation space(11) at the other side. A horizontal rotation element(2) is mounted in the operation space by the driving element, and has a side opened and the other side closed and formed with a spherical groove(22), wherein a plurality of pumping chambers(231) are defined around the spherical groove by a plurality of barrier plates(233). A fluid moving element is provided at side plates of the pumping chamber and the operation space and outside the main body. An associational rotation element(4) is mounted to the spherical groove in close contact and has a rotation plate(43), which rotates in association with the horizontal rotation element for changing volumes of the pumping chambers to move the fluid or stop movement of the fluid. An angle changing element is provided to the opened side of the main body for changing a position of an end of the associational rotation element to change an angle of the associational rotation element, thereby controlling a pumping flow rate.
