The vehicle has an actuator (14) associated to each of steering wheels (16) which are not mechanically connected to a flywheel. A lever arm (21) is rotatively mounted on the actuator, and a rotational axis (20) of the arm on the actuator is vertical. A tie rod (22) has an upstream end connected to a downstream end of the arm via a ball joint (24) and the downstream end connected to a stub axle (28) of the wheel.
