A sliding open/close apparatus, a sliding open/close module adaptable for the same, and parts thereof are provided to shorten the length of a guide part and parts related to the guide part to a half of the length of a related sliding opening/closing apparatus. A guide part(130) is installed in the first body(110) in a sliding direction of the second body(120). A movement member(140) is coupled with the guide part(130) and movably installed along the guide part(130). One side of the movement member(140) is connected to the second body(120). An auxiliary support unit includes coupling elements. The coupling elements are installed on the first body(110) and the second body(120) when the second body(120) moves to the first position from the second position, or when the second body(120) moves to the second position from the first position which face each other, and is geared with each other. The coupling elements support each other to resist a external force of separating the first body(110) from the second body(120). The coupling elements do not disturbs that the second body(120) moves between the first position and the second position.
