The rotating part has bearings (7) e.g. ball bearings, allowing rotation of a hub forming element (5) and brake disc forming element (6) with respect to a hub-carrier (2). The ball bearings are mounted on an external part (212) of the hub-carrier and cooperate with the brake disc forming element and the hub forming element. A peripheral extension (51) defines a housing for the bearings. The hub forming element includes a central part (50) that is engaged in a recess (21) of the hub-carrier.
