It is necessary to form slit-like dead beds from the side of the edges of both fragments of broken ligament or tendon in their thickness to place a reticulated nickelide-titanium belt with noninterwoven ligatures at its ends. Then one should tighten the fragments of broken ligament or tendon to fix the developed coupling due to applying noninterwoven ligatures of reticulated belt outwards through paracentesis in the walls of the beds followed by traction and tightening their ends with knots at the surface.
