A slide hinge is provided to make a terminal slim by employing a simple guide structure and a simple elastic unit having easy operability. A slide plate(10) is fixedly installed on a slide body. A main plate(20) is installed on a main body to be guided in a longitudinal direction of a mobile terminal on the slide plate. A guide unit guides the main plate and the slide plate such that the main plate cooperates with the slide plate. A plate spring(30) moves in a space provided at the slide plate, or the main plate. The plate spring has one end portion fixed onto the slide plate, and the other end portion fixed onto the main plate to receive a pressure in a direction of opening/closing the slide body on the basis of a predetermined inflection point.
