FIELD: medicine, surgery. ^ SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with creating an artificial esophagus out of the stomach. One should dissect the lesser curvature of the stomach in 3-5 sites being perpendicular against the line of the lesser curvature of stomach. At dissecting the lesser curvature one should not achieve the greater curvature of stomach by 3 cm. The stomach should be stretched along longitudinal axis, one should suture in the incisions of the lesser curvature longitudinally. One should form a transplant as a tube. The innovation enables to keep the tissues of the lesser curvature of stomach and gastric volume. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency. ^ 2 dwg
