A pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating cancer disease comprising an anti-4-1BB monoclonal antibody and a chemotherapeutic anti-cancer agent is provided to improve anticancer effects compared to each application of the antibody and agent. The pharmaceutical composition for preventing and treating cancer disease comprises 0.1-50 wt.% of the anti-4-1BB monoclonal antibody and the chemotherapeutic anti-cancer agent which increase immune responses specifically to the cancer cells and remove cancer cells as effective ingredients, and pharmaceutically acceptable carriers or excipients, wherein the chemotherapeutic anti-cancer agent is cyclophosphamide, cisplatin, 5-fluorouracil, irinotecan, paclitaxel or doxorubicin. The cancer disease is lung cancer, liver cancer, skin cancer or choroidal melanoma.
