METHOD OF MANUFACTURING OF LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY

A manufacturing method of an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) is provided to simplify the manufacturing process and to lower the manufacturing cost. A common electrode conductive layer(91) is formed on an insulation substrate. A self-assembly single particle layer(430) filled with a print groove of a print plate is transferred on the common electrode conductive layer by a transfer roller. The common electrode conductive layer is etched by means of the common electrode conductive layer as an etching mask so that a common electrode is formed. The common electrode conductive layer is constructed by ITO(Indium Tin Oxide) or IZO(Indium Zinc Oxide). The self-assembly single particle layer is constructed by OTS(Octadecyltrichlofosilane) and uses toluene or n-hexane as a solvent. The print plate is a flat panel shape or a cylinder shape.
