A radiator grill for a vehicle is provided to allow a plurality of air inlet/outlet holes formed in a grill rim to be closed by air guide plates when a radiator is not in use. A plurality of air guide plates(12) are arranged in a grill rim, and air inlet/outlet holes are arranged on and beneath or left and right sides of the air guide plates. The air guide plates are rotatably arranged in the grill rim so as to open/close the air inlet/outlet holes formed around the air guide plates. A thermal strain material(15) fills the gap formed between an outer surface of a rotation center shaft(14) fixed at the grill rim and an inner surface of a hinge joint groove(12a) of the air guide plate such that the air inlet/outlet holes are opened only when a radiator operates and the thermal strain material is inflated.
