#CMT# #/CMT# The valve (4) has a rotary gate valve (1) provided with a longitudinal orifice (2) having diameter same as that of inlets/outlets of a valve body, where the gate valve is of conical, spherical and cylindrical shape. A bent orifice (3) forms an angle between 85 and 125 degrees in which one of the inlets/outlets is situated in a plane same as that of the longitudinal orifice, where switching of the orifices of the gate valve is made by one eighth of the turns in the valve body. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Multi-channel valve e.g. reverse type multi-channel valve and injection type multi-channel valve, for distributing fluid e.g. beverage such as draft beer, in food, agro-food, cosmetic, medical, petrochemical and intensive battery production applications. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The switching of the longitudinal and the bent orifices of the gate valve is made by one eighth of the turns in the valve body, thus reducing the torque of pneumatic or electrical actuators for driving the rotation of the gate valve, and realizing the multi-channel valve without having a dead space, and hence preventing the proliferation of bacteria and the generation of noise propagated by tubes. The design of the multi-channel valve permits the integral passage of fluids without turbulences, and injection of stabilizing products in the tubes that transport stable or unstable fluid, thus avoiding the risk of internal combustion and explosion in a petrochemical industry.
