A necklace mask is provided to prevent the loss by making a mask receiving case in the shape of a necklace and to sterilize bacteria by ventilating the air through a hole of the necklace. In a mask receiving case, the mask is stored or discharged in/from the necklace-type receiving case by applying a theory of a cord rewinder. Parts of the mask coming into contact with the user mouth and nose are made of a non-woven fabric and exchanged at any time to keep cleanness. A string connected with the mask is fixed by combining a rotating part and a fixing unit formed in the necklace, and adjusted after pushing a button(a). Ear loops(b) are used as a handle to pull out the mask.
