A crushing device is provided to simplify a power transmission system, to minimize driving noise, and to secure mechanical stability. The crushing device is composed of a rotating plate(16) installed on a base(10) and driven at the predetermined rotational speed by receiving driving power from a motor(12) through a belt(14), to generate centrifugal power; at least two groups of ports(20) arranged on the rotating plate and provided with balls revolving and rotating inversely at the same time by the rotating plate, to crush materials by generating impact and friction; a race ring(24) installed at the position adjacent to the periphery of the rotating plate by at least one support element; and planetary crushing units having a casing(29) and a rolling contact element(28). The casing for loading and unloading the ports is installed on the rotating plate to revolve around a Z-axis. The rolling contact element is installed at the peripheral surface of the casing to revolve and rotate oppositely to the revolution direction at the same time by the rotating plate by bringing one surface into contact with the race ring.
